Why turtlebot3 lds sensor just detect only around 45 degree?
What I know lds sensor range is 360 degree. But when I run a real turtlebot and run gmapping package, What I observed, the lds sensor range is only 45 degree. Why the lds sensor is only range of 45 degree and how can I make it 360 degree? FIgure below shows the lds sensor (real turtlebot3) only detect 45 degree in rviz application.
