Why turtlebot3 lds sensor just detect only around 45 degree?

What I know lds sensor range is 360 degree. But when I run a real turtlebot and run gmapping package, What I observed, the lds sensor range is only 45 degree. Why the lds sensor is only range of 45 degree and how can I make it 360 degree? FIgure below shows the lds sensor (real turtlebot3) only detect 45 degree in rviz application.

In my experience, the wiring of the sensor have intermittent problem. So you need to solve the intermittent problem
