i am trying to install turtlebot with ROS noetic on ubuntu 20.04 and i got this error : E: Unable to locate package ros-noetic-turtlebot-apps

I don't believe you will get this package to work as turtlebot has not been active for a while now. To install turtlebot3: sudo apt-get install ros-noetic-turtlebot3
