How to plot x,y coordinates

Hello! If I have a topic that moves the x and y coordinates, how can I get them to display their motion using a plot?

I would immediately recommend PlotJuggler instead.

Yes I know that, but in this case I have to make my own plot. Unfortunately, I missed this. Could you give me some help with that?
