How to connect Raspberry Pi 4 to ROS-Noetic

Hello guys

I have a robot with 2 dc motors for the wheel. I have a problem connecting the wiring of raspberry to the ROS I mean, my goal is to control the robot with ROS, for example ( i want to apply [teleop_twist_keyboard] to move and control the motors of the robot )

I have downloaded the wiringPi package and did not know what is next how to connect the wiringPi to ROS ??
