Problem with Phidgets Motor driver in ROS noetic [closed]

Hello there,

my system is in Virtue-Box with Ubunto 20.04 and Ros Noetic. i got the source pack for the Phidgets driver from "https://github.com/ros-drivers/phidge...". i would like to use the motor driver and controll with it Motor Phidget DCM4002_0 with the controller DCC1000_0 and the Hub HUB0000_0. My Problem is when i try to run "roslaunch phidgets_motors motors.launch" i get this ERROR

i have no idea what my fault is^^

The Problem was that the USB wasn´t correct connectet with The VM.
