Saving octomap in python script

Hey! Can anybody help me on how to save an octomap in a python script? At the moment I save them manually by running rosrun octomap_server octomap_saver -f x.bt octomap_full:=/UAV_2/octomap_full in my terminal... Thanks in advance!
