Question about ROS tutorial (analysisCB doesn't work) [closed]

Hi there,

I'm a beginner of ROS and today I encountered one problem about the server and client tutorials.

Basically it seems that the "analysisCB" doesn't work even if I directly copy the code and make them strictly follow the instructions.

In addition I found in my rxgraph, a "/time" topic is missing compared to the rxgraph shown in the client tutorial page page. Is this the possible reason and could anyone please give me some suggestions to solve it?

That tutorial is probably fairly old. I think /time has since changed to /clock. What ROS version are you using?

I'm using ros 1.6.9, which seems to be ros electric. Maybe let me try to make analysisCB work first. I think that's probably the reason.
