I want to do something like this in ROS2 (if there is a tutorial or package in ROS1 that works too) to fuse multiple images into a single BEV image and use it with a 360 degree pointcloud. Is it possible?

Edit: Edited out the pointcloud since that's not as important

Maybe you can take a look at this package: https://github.com/hku-mars/r2live

My bad I can see the confusion since I mentioned a pointcloud. Will edit it. This seems to be a single camera Lidar fusion. I was looking for a multi camera fusion into a BEV like in the Mathworks tutorial
