beginner: ROS noetic windows10 commands

Hello all, I have just successfully installed ROS Noetic on windows 10 and confirmed it by running the very basic ROS commands such as roscore. I am using the ROS shortcut terminal as shown in the step 6 of the ROS windows installation which runs on Visual Studio 2019 Developer Command Prompt.

I have seen that ROS wiki provides step by step instructions and command lines for linux users which unfortunately are not recognized by this ROS shortcut terminal. I am sure there are equivalent commands for windows users but since I am new to this environment and unfamiliar with the conventional commands of how to navigate in the terminal, create files, set the catkin workspace, etc. I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on how to get started and whether there are online resources for this purpose.
