Openai_ros: creating more environment under one gazebo instant

I notice for simulator like ML-Agent, it can have multiple environments under one unity instant, like this: image description

I am quite new to Openai_ros, but is there anyway to create more than one environment in one gazebo instant? For example, can I have more than one parrotdrone environment under one gazebo?
