unknown command echo, info

Hello, I am using ROS melodic along with ti_mmwave_rospkg.I have recorded the data using rosbag record. But whenever I run 'rosbag info file.bag ' it shows unknown command. When I used 'check' command it shows not need of migration. Why it is happening? Thanks in advance. Thanks and Regards, Aleena N A

Have you source your workspace devel/setup.bash(/sh) or your ROS distro /opt/ros/*/setup.bash before calling ROS commands?
