about how to update robot trajectory,topic or service

Hey, I am doing my project on how to control a 6 axis robot to do some 3d print work and using the camera to scan the print object. I have got the trajectory from grasshopper and can plan it in moveit. My question is I want to write the python script to read the trajectory and send it to moveit. Also, this trajectory data will be used to verify the result. I need a service or a topic to do this work?
