Saving the Map explore_lite

Hi guys

I am currently using ros noetic and explorelite package for doing the auto mapping. robot moves around and generate the map for me but how can I save the map automatically ? I know we can run a command such as rosrun mapserver map_saver map however I am looking for a way to achive this automatically. Any help/advice on this matter is highly appriciated

explore_litedoesn't create the map as far as I know. Probably you have something like gmapping running as well?

If so, look there on how to save the map.
