Simulating drone propellers with libLiftDragPlugin

I'm new to ROS and I'm trying to simulate a drone propeller with the gazebo libLiftDragPlugin. But I'm not sure how to get a particular thrust coefficient and drag coefficient by manipulating the plugin's parameters. Is there any way to do so or are there any alternative plugins made specifically for that purpose?
