Hi ROS Friends,

I'm looking for an app to visualize Rosbag GPS data and a sensor topic that returns numeric voltages when voltages are in a given range, that I would like to mark as points of interest or dots on the map I'm wondering if this can be done with RViz? Seems like a fairly common use case for ROS. Hoping you have some suggestions on software.
