Hei, I am having a revolute joint and I am trying to get angle_0 value. How can I do that? Thanks a lot!

That screenshot looks like Gazebo. So what does this question have to do with ROS? The way you've written the question it's tough to even guess specifically what you are asking. Moreover, if this is really just a question about Gazebo then the correct place to ask would be Gazebo answers.
