How to odom connected to base_link

ERROR: cannot launch node of type [laser_scan_matcher/laser_scan_matcher_node]: Cannot locate node of type [laser_scan_matcher_node] in package [laser_scan_matcher]. Make sure file exists in package path and permission is set to executable (chmod +x)
