Hi, I'm trying to fuse odometry and imu using robot_localization and want to understand it more, so I hope to get full ekf derivation of the formula. Thanks.

I don't have to cycles to put such a thing together, but see this answer. If you walk through the code, you should be able to work out the math being used.
