error: unable to locate package ros-noetic-navigation-tutorials [closed]

I was following the tutorial for "Setting up your robot using tf" but I ran into an issue where I am unable to use sudo apt install and download the navigation tutorials. The error "unable to locate package ros-noetic-navigation-tutorials"

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

for those that stumble upon this page: navigation-tutorials package does not support noetic and therefore the cause of the error. proceed with tutorial by removing -tutorials and proceeding with sudo apt install ...
