neotic usb_cam

Install cam under neotic, 1 .use command 'sudo apt install ros-neotic-usb-cam'.But there is not this command. 2. git clone https://github.com/ros-drivers/usb_ca... ,then catkin_make. roscore
rosrun usb_cam usb_cam_node image description

so,how to solve it? Thank you
