How can I transform co-ordinate of logical_camera_frame into world frame?

I'm able to get co-ordinates from logical camera but the co-ordinates are with respect to logical_camera_frame but i want it with respect to world frame.

Check out static transform publishers: http://wiki.ros.org/tf. You would need to know where the camera frame is placed physically with respect to the world frame or with respect to another frame that is already located in the world frame.
