ROS2 Communication between different architectures(arm-intel)

Currently, i am working in a project where a raspberry pi 4 with a picam V2 is supposed to acquire pictures and send them via RO2 to another PC (intel-processor) where the image processing is done. The problem is: I don't find any way to communicate between the two machines. ROS_DOMAIN_ID doesn't work and also playing a recorded ros2bag from the pi doesn't show any topics. So my last guess is, that there is a fundamental incompatibility between the two architectures. Does anyone have similar or opposite experiences?
