Unable to map using octo mapping package

Hi,

I am using the kinect plugin with my robot urdf. I launch the octomapping launch file and I am unable to visualise the octomap in rviz.

I get the following warnings. Please help me sort out the issue. Also help me with the links for any 3D octomapping tutorials.
