amcl scan:=base_scan fail to work

Hi everyone, I am having problem with amcl base_scan. My project is related to amcl localization. After I roslaunch amcl.launch it appears without error. When I run this command:

rosrun amcl amcl scan:=base_scan

it tells me

After that I try to run some .yaml file with map_server, but it does not give me any feedback. What shoun I do so hat request for map does not fail?
