Autoware melodic docker ROSBAG demo does not start Runtime Manager GUI [SOLVED]
TL;DR:
Log file shows "Error creating terminal: Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying"
When I launch runtime_manager, it starts processes master and run-2, run-2 finishes cleanly, the log file name is presented, and then it just waits. No GUI appears. In the video that's available of this demo, it shows three windows opening and a password request. I do not get any additional windows nor a password request.

I am a new user of Autoware and am attempting to run the first demo (ROSBAG demo).
- Host OS: Ubuntu 18.04
- Followed install instructions at the following to install the Melodic docker and attempt to run the demo:

It appears that upgrading the nvidia drivers has solved this. I have displays similar to the demo video now.
