Custom install location for ros melodic on windows

I'd like to install ros-melodic into another location than c:\opt\ros. How can I specify that setup.exe is not called with /silent to be able to enter the install location?

Hi all,

having delved a bit into the installation process of ROS on Windows, I am now able to put my question a bit more specifically.

Is it possible to internalize the ros-melodic-desktop_full chocolatey package to be able to change it and put it in a local package repository? My specific problem here is that I haven't found a source where I can download the nupkg file directly and make my changes.

Any help is appreciated.
