why when trying to source the bashfile i get the following error. bash: /home/maoz/.bashrc: Permission denied?

why when trying to source the bashfile, i.e.: ~/.bashrc, i get the following error: "bash: /home/maoz/.bashrc: Permission denied"?

You may change the owning user

sudo chown moaz ~/.bashrc

And May post you

ls -al ~/.bashrc
