ROS_LOG, ROS_DEBUG, ROS_INFO log twice
Hi,
I am using <ros/console.h>
in my setup and call ROS_LOG, ROS_DEBUG, ROS_INFO to log strings and data.
I noticed, that it logs everything twice, but in different formats. Since this is highly cascaded in macros, I am at a loss.
There is one necro topic from years ago that didn't get any help. Hopefully, someone can help me with this.

I tested this in kinetic and melodic under Ubuntu 16.04 and Ubuntu 18.04.
