Gazebo not starting due to sdformat.dll

Hello there, I have just installed ROS on my Windows 10 computer. However when I use the command "roslaunch gazebo_ros empty_world.launch" to start Gazebo, after few successful operations, I get the error sdformat.dll cannot be found. What is the reason for that? Can you help me?
