ROS2 bandwidth on same subnet

My question might be a bit stupid.

The state is: - 3 devices within the same subnet 192.168.10.0/24

If I'm publishing something from device_1 and subscribing to it from the 2 others, is the bandwidth utilisation multiplicated by 2 ?
