ROS remote on kinect in VMware

I use kinect in VMware now I want to connect another notebook when I input ifconfig only show ens33 and lo no wlan0 or eth0, e.g. I try to press inet addr into ~/.bashrc but when I have test use rosrun turtlesim turtlesim_node another notebook can't show the rostopic list. I think maybe I have something error so I can't connect. Can someone help me?
