rqt image view cannot run in foxy

once run the following cmd

ros2 run rqt_image_view rqt_image_view

try to launch image viewer, those error will be show

my OS is ubuntu 20.04, and ROS2 foxy, the package "ros-foxy-rqt-image-view" was installed.
