What release/distribution of ROS2 supported by ROS2-web-bridge?

I have to use rclpy with it's the latest function like node.create_rate() and at the same time, I also have to use ROS2 web bridge. I was using ROS2 crystal distribution which supports the ROS2 web bridge but it does not support rclpy's latest function like create_rate. I also tried Foxy Fitzroy but ROS2-web-bridge does not support this distribution of ROS2. At last, I tried Dashing diademata distribution of ROS2 which supports ROS2-web-bridge but it is not supporting the latest function of rclpy like create_rate().
