moving wheels after changing the angles of the joints

hello everyone

I have a wheeled robot that has legs and each wheel is joint to one leg. i use this joint to give angels to the wheels using joint position controller. but after giving the angle when i command robot to move ahead it goes straight even though all the wheels are at some angle lets say 55. i want to have angled motion in the robot.
