amcl laser scanner drifting moving forward & rotating

I am having problems with setting up a robot in a mapped environment.

I need to use the amcl package to localize and it drifts with the scanner lectures.

I am not sure if it is a problem of the urdf setting or the amcl parameters.

i am attaching a video.
