I tried to load vector map and lanelet map into autoware for path planning but the loaded map cannot be visualize. Inside RVIZ pop up errors such as: lanelet direction/0 Uninitialized quaternion, assuming identity.

Did you load both or just one? In Autoware.AI, a "vector map" (really an Aisan-format map) uses one set of nodes and a Lanelet map uses another. You can not use both at the same time. In addition, you must be localized and have a transform between the Lanelet or vector map and your point cloud map being published.

Thank you for the answers, i just try them one by one, i manage to load vector map of BorregasAve map. But not the other map like Autonomous Stuff or San Francisco. Btw what kind of tf you talking about? i see only tf.launch inside autoware-data folder and used them.
