Work with neural network [closed]

I have a robot, which can't recognize glass and mirror objects. I want to give to robot this option. I have a neural network which can help robot do it, but I don't know how to write ros pack to work with network. Can you help with examples of ros packages, which can work with video stream? Do you know some tutorials which can help to solve my problem? That would be great!
