No joy package in noetic?

I cannot find or install the ros-noetic-joypackage. I am on Ubuntu 20.04 and installed ROS Noetic according to the instructions here: http://wiki.ros.org/noetic/Installati...

When I search for it, I get the following:

$ apt search ros-noetic-joy

Its been released https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob... and the builds successful http://build.ros.org/job/Nbin_uF64__j.... The last sync was a couple days before https://discourse.ros.org/t/new-packa... so its available just not released to apt yet. You can access it with shadow fixed or build from source.

A new sync should happen within a couple weeks, after which it will be available via the main apt repo

Hello, Noob here. The joy package for Noetic, ros-noetic-joy still looks like is not available. Are there any alternatives for teleoperation? I wanted to use a ps3 controller I already have, but if not possible, what else could I use?

I have a ROS Noetic and I want to install the following packages from [1] on my Ubuntu machine. However, when I select 'Noetic' from the link below, the packages still appear saying 'kinetic'... Are these packages available/released for noetic? Does simply replacing 'kinetic' with 'noetic' work?
