Hello,

I have a Motoman DX200 MS165 welder that controls an external axis turn base (robot group: S2). The Alarm tells me that S2 is not turning on servo power when it should be on a specific line in a specific job and that this is a setting error. This happens about once a month. I compared the job to several identical robots that are not generating this fault and the jobs appear to be the same. The Yaskawa manual says to turn servos off and turn them back on. I have done this but it keeps happening. Can anyone tell me how to keep this from happening?
