This is not a proper question.

Please change the title to be a proper title (ie: not a copy-paste of an error message), and update your question text with a proper description of what you are trying to do, what failed, and why you think that is.

Additionally: provide more information on your OS, what platform this is ("raspberry Pi" is still too vague), how you installed ROS, which version, etc, etc.
