ROS Windows: $ not recognized as internal or external command, operable or batch file.
I am new to ROS, trying to install and use ROS on windows. Installed ROS melodic LKG build. I can't get past "Managing your environment" in ROS tutorial where the following command "$ printenv | grep ROS" is not working on Windows Powershell. Can someone tell me how to proceed?

Results are the same in Visual studio 2019 Command Prompt.
