Disable mapping if a map is loaded in octomap.

I made a octomap with depth camera in octomap_server and saved it. Now when i load the map, the robot should disable mapping so that path planning should happen only on the basis of the given map.Now it keeps on adding unexplored area. I am going to run an Obstacle avoidance node so that to reduce computation. How should i disable mapping in octomap?
