Rviz through on web browser and windows ?

Hello, i'm working on diferential drive robot without odometry. I have ROS kinetic, hector SLAM on raspberry pi 4 and i want to make autonomous exploration.

I have try to install hector_navigation but i'm stuck on costmap2D. I think this problem is the branch version "melodic-devel" on git but is not the subject.

Now i'm subscribe /movebasesimple/goal and /slamoutpose to take current and goal position. But i have a problem with Rviz. Topic /movebasesimple/goal his publish by Rviz,so i think there are differents solutions like :

-Run master on other PC but Rviz is on Windows 10 ? -Use Rviz with hector slam through web browser to publish /movebasesimple/goal ?

If you have others solutions for Rviz or for made an autonomous exploration with hector slam and local planning i'm listening!!

THX for help !
