How do I resolve failure to load DLL with ROS2 Dashing on Windows 10?
I have installed ROS2 dashing following the instructions I found on the Micsrosoft GitHub IoT website. I have gone to the troubleshooting link provided in the error, downloaded the Dependencies app and ran it. It says that a few of the dll files are no longer on the disc, but I can navigate to the file in the file explorer.
Here is what keeps popping up each time I try running a command/application/package (I'm not sure the correct term):
C:\Users\Derek>ros2 run demo_modes_cpp talker

The C extension 'c:\opt\ros2-dashing\ros2-windows\Lib\site-packages\rosbag2_transport_rosbag2_transport_py.pyd' failed to be imported while being present on the system.
