Hi guys, I am a beginner of ROS2. I find ROS2 is almost not applicable on Windows 10. There are two important issues hinder an applicable use on Windows:

1. rqtconsole is unable to use on Windows 10, and here is the issue ["OSError: [WinError 193] %1" When Running "ros2 run rqtconsole rqtconsole"](https://github.com/ros-visualization/rqtconsole/issues/20)
2. turtlesim is unable to build with colcon, the details of which is show in the quesiton "[ROS2] "colon" building turtlesim package failed"

In a conclusion, there are two important issues making ROS2 not applicable on Windows 10.
Could you please help me solve these two issues?
