How to fetch map inside android application and also give 2D nav goal from the app?

I want to develop android application in which i want to display the map created in ROS and also the robot location in that map and assign 2D goal from the app as well. Please suggest me good tutorial to start with. I have read some tutorial for this but got confuse what exactly i have to do or whats the exact process to develop such android app.
