You might want to check out the SubT virtual testbed. There should be a steady stream of tutorials coming out in the next month.

I just start learning ROS and don't know how to start developing basic projects in ROS. And a little bit confused about how to move further. Please help!

maybe you can learn about arm manipulator, you can check on the youtube tutorial, and simulation maybe can help you at hardware problem, basically it use some servo.
