can't launch ros

when i tried to laumch ipcamera_dreiver package i'm getting error:

Value error: machine.env_loader must have been assigned before creating ssh child instance
The traceback for the exception was written to the log file

This error occures everytime i try to launch any ros node.

yes. i tried those instructions but it didn't worked.
