How to get Joint values of the arm in Baxter?

I wanted the values of the left arm joints such as : (left_w0,left_w1,left_w2,left_e0,left_e1,left_s0,left_s1). Please tell me how I can get these values after moving my Baxter arm to any point in space using RViz and planning after that using the OMPL Library?
