What is the source of the official Autoware Docker images?

I tried the carla-simulator-bridge with the latest-melodic-cuda Docker image. I then realized that some files were missing from Autoware compared to the gitlab repository. What is the exact source for ros-melodic-cuda image?

The latest- prefix indicates that it is the "latest release" which, as of a few days ago, should be 1.14.0-beta.1. The "nightly" builds are prefixed with bleedingedge- and they are built nightly from the current master branch of Autoware.ai.
